Engineering
Form & Volume

LayerForge was born from a fascination with the intersection of modern manufacturing and organic design. We believe everyday objects shouldn't just be functional; they should transform the atmosphere.

Every piece is meticulously crafted using cutting-edge 3D printing technology. This allows us to create complex, architectural geometries that would be impossible with traditional molding techniques. The result is a sculptural good that looks beautiful in any space.

We source premium filaments and pair them with high-grade hardware to ensure durability, sustainability, and a flawless finish. Built layer by layer, designed to last.

Lines drop. Form appears. Story unfolds with your scroll.

We print each piece as a continuous layered structure, tuning wall thickness and line path to shape both strength and light diffusion.

As the scene opens, what you are seeing is the same logic behind every lamp we make: precise layers, controlled rhythm, and a soft architectural glow.

Layered light / 3D printed in India

Natural finish, precise layers.

We design pieces that feel calm, architectural, and warm. Every curve and cavity is tuned to catch light, soften it, and throw it gently back into the room.

Instead of mass tooling, we work in small, precise runs—adjusting geometry, density, and surface pattern until each form feels as good in the hand as it looks on a shelf.

Our print studio, one build at a time.

Digital precision

Each form starts as a parametric model, allowing us to control wall thickness, lattice density, and overhang angles down to fractions of a millimeter.

Analog inspection

Every print is cold-trimmed, hand-checked, and test-assembled. Layer lines, seams, and fixtures are inspected before anything leaves the studio.

Built to live with

We design for daily use—strong enough for homes, studios, and hospitality spaces, with silhouettes that stay quiet in the background until the light turns on.

48–83h
Print window

Large-format lamps run for days at a time, creating dense, continuous structures with no molds or tooling.

Molds used

Every form is grown layer by layer, which means no inventory locked in tooling and no wasted cast parts.

1
Studio, many variants

All pieces are developed, printed, finished, and tested from the same space, so every run feels consistent.

How we build each piece.

From sketch to shipped object, every step is tuned around light quality, strength, and minimal waste.

Design & test

Sketch, simulate, print.

We prototype multiple scales and shell densities, testing how each geometry throws light and how it behaves over long print times.

Print & refine

80+ hour builds.

Large formats run for days. We log every build, tweak paths, and tune supports so the final surface reads as clean, continuous structure.

Finish & ship

Wired, assembled, tested.

Hardware, wiring, and bases are matched by hand. Only after a full light test and surface check does a piece get packed and sent out.
